Blessed are those who live without blame!
Guarded by God’s law, seeking His ways.
With full approval He’s a rampart
Guarding the pure and loyal of heart.
This eager spirit does nothing wrong!
Walking the precepts, knowing them all.
Diligent blinders, warrants of thought,
Making the Lord’s ways known without fault.
O, that I sought You in Your commands!
Shame would release its hold of my hand.
I would have praised Your judgments in all;
I would have seen You, righteous for all.
You rule uprightly; now this I discern!
Now I observe Your statutes and learn;
Oh, do not leave me, LORD, take my hand!
Do not forsake me! LORD, help me stand.
